Gprop Systems provides comprehensive modules (Community App, Property Management & Accounting System, Visitor Management System, Maybank Payment Gateway) for FREE subscription with only one-time setup fees. For more information regarding the pricing, kindly contact our sales line 018-772 0288.

There is no user limitation on the Management or Residents. Nevertheless, Management has the flexibility to set the number of users within a unit.

The management will be provided Gprop ID to access into migration system once the subscription is confirmed. A number of standard Excel templates can be downloaded in the system and the management has to upload the completed excel files back to the systems for Gprop Support Team to do the setup. The data setup, accounting migration, and training will require one month to complete.

Gprop Team provides support via the Gprop Assist and the standard response time is 24 hours within working hour (Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm)

Check with the management if the residents' ID has already been activated. If yes, you will receive an activation email with instructions to guide you to set password and login into the Gprop App. If you didn't receive the activation email, please check with the management if the correct email address has been registered in the system.
